Reliable Third Party was established in 1994 to provide quality specialty relocation services to the moving industry and to people “on the move.”
Betsy Hamel – over 30 years experience in the moving industry – I began my career in the trucking business at BFI learning all aspects of the business. I then took a position with Mayflower as a National Account/COD Coordinator spending many years learning all aspects of the moving business. Moving on to Moving Systems in Newburyport was the highlight of my career, allowing me to see the corporate side of the moving industry in more detail. Realizing the need in this area for a top third party provider knowledgeable of all aspects of the industry was the inspiration for establishing Reliable.
I have passed the AMSA’s CCA exam and continue my training in all aspects of customer service and moving industry knowledge.

Reliable’s team is always in uniform with the proper PPE and will work with your shippers in a courteous and professional manner. Our service reps are trained extensively in all technical areas, as well as in customer service. COVID-19, PPE - our techs follow the current regulations for safety. We disinfect our truck cabs daily, masks are worn and crews sanitize before every order. We work to keep our staff and our customers as safe as possible during this pandemic.
